Demolition projects that we have completed include:
- The Seville Hotel on Miami Beach-Complete gut out of the 14 story hotel and total removal of pool and cabanas.
- The Cleveland Hospital-Complete total demolition of the five story hospital and five story parking garage.
- The DuPont Plaza Hotel and Office Complex-Complete total demolition of the 15 story hotel with the associated parking garage and 16 story office building located in a downtown Miami riverfront property. Building fronted by the Miami River on one side and the Brickell Ave bridge along with City Metro Mover on the other sides.
- The Irmey Hotel-Complete selective demolition of five stories performed by hand due to structural issues. Building was located next to a historical building and over sidewalks in downtown Miami.
- The Inn by the Bay- Complete total demolition of the six story Hotel.
- Miami International Airport/ Major Terminal Renovation- Complete sever and demolition of a four story 106k Sq. ft. airport terminal building.
- Flamingo Towers-Complete selective demolition of the two fifteen story buildings.
- The Ritz Carlton Hotel-Both selective and total demolition of the former Dilido Hotel on Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Total interior removal of the eight story Hotel and removal of the ninth floor in its entirety.
- Keystone Cement-Total demolition and abatement of cement process plant.
